Did a little Switcharound challenge with @penpeaches and @vensArt! I sketched the unicorn, lined the cheetah, and colored the wolf. I've never done one of these before so it was a lot of fun!

This week's Character of the Week is Ziggy the Clefairy! Ziggy belongs to @snapinator! I actually really like Clefairy and a couple doodles of a Clefairy OC of my own in a sketchbook somewhere so it was nice to crank this guy out before work got busy today.

This is what they look like as gijinkas for comparison.

Couple reverse gijinka refs. Oakley the Shaymin and Brynn the Scorbunny already exist as gijinkas, but I wanted to try to challenge myself to make them into Pokemon based off their gijinka appearances. It was definitely an interesting experiment that I'll do again for others.

Been doing less personal art lately to work on the Pokémon Ask Blog Halloween event. Here's some of my favorite panels thus far.

So I had an idea. What if Shaymin was a Deer instead of a Hedgehog? Please meet Darby, my Deer Shaymin OC. The Land Forme is inspired by Pudú deer and the Sky Forme is based on Reindeer.

Been a while since I did a Pokémon character design but man was it fun.

Did you miss it? My Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Ask Blog, Ask Team Lightbringers, updated yesterday and it was a doozy of one at that! Armani the Yamask dropped a bit of a bombshell on us that gives us a bit more information about their mysterious past.
