Before you ask, they weren't grumpy before, they used to be in the same image and glaring at each other.

These two are still rivals, I did expand WHY, mostly because they have a similar competitive attitude, and they both REALLY like each other, they just dont wanna admit losing

Wade on the other hand had one MASSIVE overhaul of his personality and outfit. He's a major otaku, bordering on being a weeb, especially since basically all of his outfits are anime school uniforms.

He WAS obsessed with this one made up Anime I called Gallant's Grand Adventures.

Here's Carol, and personally, his redesign is a lot more visually interesting and telling at the fact that he's a big sports fan.

He's also Venus' best friend, and Venus is pretty jealous of Carol's ass, even rating it higher than his own, much to Carol's embarrassment

Next up is technically the first one, Venus, this lad mostly had an outfit change and some color changes, I prefer the new look a lot.
