@grimdarkfandang @ten_bandits Whatever works, and likely a bit of trial and error. Reading CBT books helps - not least for the sheer flow of relief from being reminded it IS just anxiety! But regardless of if it works or not, don't get cross at yourself, the fear mustn't lead to anger...
