Painting therapy has worked- my back feels much better now... and I have completed my current painting. It's another in my current series of dreamscape / mythic coastline paintings. #Northumberland #Bamburgh

Trying not to feel sorry for myself today.... I've "put my back out" ony days before the gallery is due to re-open on Monday. So no lifting for me for a few days- what rubbish timing.

It's so long since I went to the coast, that it has taken on an almost mythic quality in my mind..... So here's my latest painting, currently drying on my easel.
