Green being loud and unruly. It’s a lot. But it plays nicely with the cadmium red so I kinda want to experiment there. Gouache on a primed coaster.

This is gouache on a primed wooden coaster. I have loved getting back into traditional media. I’m not super at it. But it’s restoring art as sustenance. No monetary pursuit. No overt drive to improve. Just applying pigments to canvas.

Glad I got out and painted today.
