#179: Kingdom Hearts Dark Road
I feel like Dark Road would've been better as a cutscene movie like Back Cover, but as an auto-playing card battler it's not too shabby. Very grindy, but the story is engaging enough to keep things interesting.
Roll on Missing Link!
Score:
8/10
#167: Live A Live
If you've been following my tweets about this game, you know what's coming. Eight distinct stories that lead into a wonderful climax, beautifully remade in HD-2D. How could I not love it?
Like RPG's? Play Live A Live. You'll be glad you did.
Score:
9.5/10
#166: Live A Live (The Final Chapter)
The other stories felt like chapters in a book, but the finale is so densely packed that it may as well be a game itself. I won't spoil any of the finer details here, but if you enjoy alternate POV's you'll have a great time.
Score:
9.5/10

#163: Live A Live (Middle Ages)
Whenever I think of the term "RPG", something like the Middle Ages chapter of Live A Live pops into my head. Heroic knights, fearsome demons and a true sense of adventure. You can really sense the DNA of Chrono Trigger here.
Score:
9.5/10
#162: Live A Live (The Distant Future)
The main character doesn't speak a word and only fights a single enemy, but the tension throughout and the interpersonal aspects make for a totally engaging experience.
Easily the best chapter so far.
