She really was able to gain his trust
He entrusted her with the most important thing, to poison Batman. And he was fully confident in her and her toxin. He was sure that she would do everything right and would not kill Batman
Just a reminder.
Harley thinks that Joker is manipulating Punchline because it is based only on HER own experience.
BUT Punchline HERSELF proved to him that she is serious.
SHE was the one who tried to earn Joker's trust for OVER A YEAR.
