It works in most situations (except stickers). I saw her ahoge pointing in the wrong direction once but I don't remember which picture.
Anyway I really like this meticulous detail☺️🤎

You can understand Hod's mental state based on the direction of the tip of her ahoge. In LC, it's always pointing downwards, while Michelle and LoR Hod's ahoge is pointing upwards. This is also seen in official arts. Maybe the upward ahoge means her expectations for the future
