For whatever reason, I scanned my cover art/tray inserts for the original Final Fantasy VII. I had completely forgotten that the first printings had a weird misprint with the back text.

Now that they've shown it off, I can showcase my last illustration from last year!

So the pieces I used are these. The gear illustration is a reimagining of the Xenogears if Ishigaki redid it using his current design trends (Like for a Bring Arts, for example). The other two I used for subtle background elements among the heavy digital work.

I got bored, couldn't sleep, so I for whatever reason decided to "HD restore" my very first art for Terra. Cuz why not, I guess?

I decided I wasn't quite done with my Mudrock and went and did some paintwork to the beam rifle. It's a more subdued palette to the one for the MS-V Gundam 6th, where this rifle design originates..

God, I still look back at this as my best composition.
