Sailor wanted to outgrow her new dress at Elisa's diner, but the two of them start to bloat rapidly until they're filling out the room! Must've been something in one of the dishes that Elisa sampled. At least Sailor enjoys it!
@MrSpiffy9 What made matters worse was when he tries to guilt me over the refund. I tried to apologize for seeming stubborn or impatient the entire time I was on his list. (Also, he opened more slots while I was on his list, uploading more commissions besides my own too)
@MrSpiffy9 Noah basically said he cannot refund me because he just started working on the commission (over 1 month with no update). He then sent the attached image as a "completed image." I felt like this was not worth the price and wait and told him. (Will upload the chat with him next)
