Kairos was sculpted/drawn in VR and the chorismos techneblocks were constructed on him, replacing the arm and chest and adding greaves and backpack with techne wings.
Bedecked with energy bounds (I referred to them as SBTs 😅) Kairos flight was the focus of the work.

This whole comp has seen some unbelievable work produced, many bringing their absolute AAA-game to the fore. It really has been wonderful to keep track of it all and a huge source of drive. 🤩

The technique, art style I'm exploring functions like so too. Suggestive of the whole, but mercurial and shifting, allowing space in our imagination to se a form described and it's intent through motion. Every single techne block is hand-drawn and assembled by hand in flow state.
