@selkiepupdoodle I got a few pics of my antagonists!
The 1st three pics are members of the space pirate faction known as the Stygian Brotherhood. The 1st pic is of the Ruddy Rogue crew, and the next 2 are on the dangerous Maelstrom crew.

Last is Mutt. No one knows his real name, what he does, or where he came from and no one really has any interest in asking. He started off as a captive and just.....sort of became their intern. He’s Monty’s unofficial assistant, but idk how much help he is.

Varia Koronova is one of Kruger’s lieutenants and a pint sized, shape shifting, powerhouse. She thinks her boss is a fucking idiot and makes sure everyone knows it.

Calcutta is Kruger’s first mate/quartermaster. She’s a talented sharpshooter and is honestly the one keeping the crew from falling apart. However, her background is mysterious, even to her own crew.

I’ve been thinking about how I’ve been unclear about the relationships between some of my pirate characters, so I scribbled a lineup of all the members of Captain Kruger’s “Ruddy Rogue” crew for reference!

i rarely BASE any of my characters on anyone, but sometimes i pull bits from people i know to make a character click better for me.
for example, to get to know Zalika better, i took inspiration from a girly, boy obsessed, and occasionally feral student of mine
