Day 27: Mr. P. Umpkin
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land Extra Game it replaces Two Face in Castle Lololo and is functionally the same as such, springing to life when Kirby comes close and chasing him afterwards. Mr. P. Umpkin also appeared in Kirby's Dream Course as a flying enemy
Day 25: Keeby
The second player character in Kirby's Dream Course. He's identical to Kirby in every way except color, being yellow with orange shoes a color originally proposed by Shigeru Miyamoto for Kirby. He's not to be confused with Yellow Kirby, which is a separate character
Day 23: Bio Spark
A common enemy in the Kirby series they made their debut in Kirby Super Star and they give the Ninja Ability when inhaled. They had been absent from the series as regular enemies since Kirby Super Star Ultra, only making small cameos, but returned in Star Allies

Day 22: Booler
An enemy that appeared in early Kirby Games like Kirby's Dream Land, Pinball Land (known as Bumpin' Boo here), Block Ball and Tilt n' Tumble.
In Pinball Land's Super Gameboy Palette and the instruction manual for Block Ball they appear with a lavender color scheme.
Day 20: Peloo
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land 3. It's a face with a large tongue. Peloo is invisible at first and only appears if Kirby is close by, to attack it waits for Kirby to walk under it and then lashes out it's large tongue to grab him, chewing him and dealing damage.
