A big reason I've managed to improve a lot this year is my studying, both posted and unposted. It's taken some time to unlearn bad habits formed from drawing without acknowledging fundamentals and forms, but I'm getting there!

I thought I'd make a thread on how to avoid the "airbrush look" through using both hard and soft shadows and creating more depth in your art!
