I think Blitzø had never seen Moxxie looking that miserable and anguished, and he instantly knew, beyond all the mafia situation and Crim and Chaz being shady af, of course. He was UPSET when he found out what Chaz was scheming.

Blitzø was hyper aware the moment they arrived at Crim's house and saw Moxxie's reaction. He was focused on protecting him and Millie and that was his only goal in that place when he realized something was amiss.
