i think this is the most heartbreaking moment from the issue tho; the fact she had to deliver Cable by herself w/ no support while the X-Men were out fighting… i’m sure that only reinforced her bond with Cable because it was just the two of them alone 💔

in all honesty, if i was treated badly by my husband, abandoned for his ex, almost assassinated, had my baby kidnapped, and learnt that i was just a clone of the ex built to reproduce, i, too, would make a deal with the devil + terrorise everyone for 30 years!!

the biggest question i’ve seen asked is when was Charles replaced with ‘Sinister X’? Was it the end of Inferno? Or his 1st death on Krakoa? Or even way back to his childhood + the Black Womb project? well i think it’s the simplest answer: it was in this issue! 1/?
