2019 vs 2016, but this one's a bit unusual.
The one on the right was actually an early concept for Dr. Water, before I decided to go the dinosaur route. Years later, my big brain got the bright idea to adapt it into a completely new character. Almost like Zilla in that sense.

I actually don't like Dr. Water's old design that much, nor does he look like his intended species in it (some weird alien plesiosaur thing). I do like the current one.

Yeah, the earliest design had to be changed a LOT for obvious reasons
(Had to redo this twice because I kept messing up)

@Xrcalo My avatar right now is using an orange filter for spooky month and the bandana barely shows, so here's better stuff
