My monochrome boy's included in another colored pic! (He doesn't count as color) No matter what he tries, he can't be in color, but he stopped caring a while ago. He's now experiencing the world in its color. He still won't take that hammer out of his inventory though.

Yep, a complete change of color rather than just an outfit!
The hat isn't special, but a spell was put on it to cause the effect. It can be easily dispelled when not worn.
