Also, tip for those trying to figure out the shape of a body, you can always split the body into parts and "block out" how things should look and join them later.

One of the tougher things about multiarm is figuring out how muscle works. I like to think about what each muscle is responsible for - then if they were doubled how they'd slip under other groups to fit.
I am happy with the "double V" down here but more work needed
