He is Kaishoku (meaning eating together).The black on his body was Shoyu mark. So I simply called him Shoyu.

The new sushi is in the process of designing several things.

But what I can say is
-It is Oshoku's cousin.
-It's sushi with the opposite of my habits.
- and good sushi

I'm preparing for Pateon and this is going to be one of the arts you'll see there. Artwork will be posted 1-2 weeks faster than Twitter.
