If you pay attention to Malak's character development in the KotOR comic, there's a really nice, slow, and subtle progression with him.
He starts slowly descending into darkness and by the end of the series, he's displaying full on fascist tendencies.
It's well done.
A great many people call KotOR II a postmodern game because it deconstructs its own setting, but that's only half of the story. KotOR II is also a reconstructive story.
It's more accurate to say that Knights 2 is an early example of mainstream metamodern storytelling.
The KotOR Remake has a hundred-million-dollar budget.
Let's hope all that money translates out to a good game.
Years ago we already had our first depiction of a ten-year-old Luke Skywalker illustrated by the talented Tsuyoshi Nagano.
I can't even tell you how many times I've looked at an absolutely beautiful piece of conceptual art and thinking; "I wonder who painted this?"
Almost never is the original illustrator credited anywhere in the piece, or any accompanying information.
