As for the three good fairies. Past lives like Miki and Twila can totally count right? While its a bit of a stretch they're two ghosts that live in Mikuru and protect her heart with their own. They even bicker like old ladies sometimes~! kek (4)

Dark menacing woman and can be seen as maleficent or the evil fairy in the story. The only twist is that she doesn't hate Mikuru as much as she tries to imply and cares for her deeply after reading her memories and taking her form. (3)
