@MationMiss Mario ends up meeting the local Toads and Princess Peach, heir of the Toadstool royal family, who Bowser eventually kidnaps. Bowser (being the King of Koopas) would also make a political alliance with the Goombas, Bob-ombs, Boos and Whomps who each have their own kings.

@StarBlues11 perhaps bowser could have some sort of political alliance with the bob-ombs, the goombas, the whomps, the boos, all the different factions and unite them together in his army (since he is the king of koopas and all and would wanna stand out by setting an example to them.)

@jopajopovna1 like the whole return of homeworld arc was really tense and unpredictable bc by that point the tone of the story evolved (and it already had since lapis got introduced.)

idk i just miss how cold and calculated peridot was 😭

@jopajopovna1 season 1 was also really good. i really like how it subverted the identity of the show like “oh look how colourful and goofy this is, silly show about cheeseburger backpacks and ice cream” to an alien invasion / unresolved war for earth and the gems being separated from steven
