Brockiopods and Grand Brockiopods are slow and bulky as their Earth element would suggest, though if they walked on their legs instead of their arms they'd be a lot slower. The arms they use for locomotion also pack quite the punch.
Lucihorns and Grand Lucihorns are well known for being as mobile as their caprine appearance would suggest. Their speed is nothing to scoff at, and their attack strength and magic defense is respectable. Their physical defense and magical attack leave a lot to be desired.
Electromites and Grand Electromites are best described as grumpy looking land mines. Their shocking couterattacks translate into high magic prowess, and with their respectable speed and low defense and strength, they can be quite a handful if you don't have proper protection.
@DukeRubbish A change of plans won't stop me from offering up some of my OCs.

@GeekyTheArtist1 Not sure if I count as small, but I do make art, and what you see here is a generalization of what you get from me.
Floofbushes and Grand Floofbushes are experts at forest stealth, especially considering that they are plants, or rather planimals. Decent defenses and surpising mobility are mostly what they have going for them, as their offenses aren't anything special.
