Harriet: most likely an Extreme Life Guard, with her flying wand allowing for fast travel and easy rescues. That or Artist.

Here is a specimen of @JerryFranklinP1's alien species Ornithotyrannus Rex, though it's unnaturally hyper-aggressive for a species that's more content on scavenging, and it's eyes are in a similarily unnatural and crazed glow.
