Top #4 Boss : The End (Metal Gear Solid 3)
What a proper sniper duel should be. It took me 1 hour of hiding, tracking and sniping to beat him the 1st time, and I enjoyed every second of it. Yeah, you can kill him during an in-game cutscene before, but that would be such a shame.

Top #6 Boss : Xemnas (Kingdom Hearts 2)
I loved Kingdom Hearts 3 but to me none of its fights beats the one with Xemnas in KH2. Crazy speed, crazy action, crazy stage, crazy QTE, crazy effects, crazy dual light sabers... that's what this fight is : absolutely crazy.
