Eva worked there every evening, allowing her time to paint during the day. For the next 6 years she painted and sketched her fellow waitresses and waiters, the chefs, porters and customers, depicting the incredibly diverse immigrant populations of 1950’s Whitechapel

When our @Jessica_Sian first started thinking about writing a play about work, about working in the service industry particularly, she stumbled across a little known - but amazingly interesting - artist called #EvaFrankfurther
