Finally, another Mega Man 3 redesign. It's not as drastic as Magnet Man's, but Needle Man is pretty alright even normally. Still, I like him better with these changes

I have finally redesigned my very own Mega Man Killer robot design. This is Grunge, aptly named after the music genre which began in Seattle. The Space Needle was the inspiration for his design.
