Not going to finish this , I feel like I bit off more then I could chew, I didn't do my research or practice for under water features or revised perspective on key parts. one day i'll come back to redo this from scratch.
My OC, I shall dub him Natsu. Was meant to be Cell shaded orignally, but as you do.
