Thinking about how brutally underrated bronze age armor and equioment is, specifically from mycenea. Ive really taken a liking to pre bronze age collapse civilizations lately, ive attempted a few pictures of these lads so far but theyve proven quite challenging!

Here's my portion of an art trade with @BasilKuna of their adorable pine marten as a metal trader and totally not forger! Boy do I need to work on my colorin and backgrounds, this was a very ambitious piece, but I think it came out okay.

One of the most common tropes ive noticed in Safavid miniatures revolves around depicting the strength of a character by them cutting things (especially people and goats) in half. Some of these accounts are more believable, while others are obvious Safavid fudd-lore.
