An example of good filler is the G-8 arc in One piece.

It's flows seamlessly from the previous arc and it offers a change of pace by focusing on stealth and deception instead of punch outs.

Unfortunately it seems to have gone under the radar, so these shitposts are definitely going to fly over everyone's heads.
