I recently bought this manga, 怪獣くん, or "A Monster" by Ruuwanmm.
It's a 200ish page manga with a really beautiful story, and I totally recommend it to anyone if you can read japanese, although you may cry a little bit.
I cried a lot, especially at the lastet parts.
