The Queen Mansa from Gundam ZZ does feel like it is descended from the of an Aura battler from Dunbine. It is not lost on me that it is piloted by Puru II who is sometimes called a Fairy.

If this is true then it would make sense why Puru II wears this very "Char-esque" uniform near the end of ZZ. Maybe even the normal suit was re-used and re modified for her use.

Oh! Of course! There is a Zeon symbol on Mashymre's shield of his Hamma Hamma in episode 11 of Gundam ZZ.
