So, about the skins...
1. Cosmic Envoy Sejuani. Sejuani got Malzahar-like blessing from an eldritch being, binding the mount and the rider into one sentient creature.
2. High Royalty Vladimir. Skin leaning more heavily into his vampire-like status, cape replaced with wings.

As an artist whose current "main" original universe is lovecraftian/noire/horror, I was a little let down by last years crime city nightmare theme.

The looming dread, unspeakable horrors and roaring 20s look is a delicious combination that can fit basic any champion in LoL.
