Saw that my friend @phoelipop may have been having some tough days, so I got the idea to throw this little thing together for her. Summer may be wrapping up, but it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy it. So here's Kumiko in a Summer Beach Outfit I tried to design.

@nellcherbee If this is your first time, I'd say you did an awesome job. Nice idea on the top and how her tailfin is shaped just like Luvdisc. My own designs are sometimes simple, but I think they turn out good, like my OC here in her Mermaid outfit (the tailfin is based of Vaporeon's)
