@FennyTheF0X @Cynical_Funk If we're talking about female animal characters... here's a few.
@SanityIzzy Sure, whatever it's not shocking, every guy has a thing that is typically for "girly-girls", we had a decade full of guys where that was just their personality( which yeah I was and still kinda am, luckily I grew out of that phase)
@SanityIzzy But he said Shonen, which is aiming for young boys. Owl House, more or less is technically a Magical Shojo(but isn't), which is aimed at young girls.
The "closest" as of recent is OKKO. I know either or can like both and whatever but honestly he's right.
@JesseCoffey15 Are we forgetting Rebeltaxi, or Saberspark? Enter is the one of the most INFAMOUS sure, but powerful? Far from it, the man hasn't done anything really powerful other than get a bunch of manchildren upset over his opinions, essentially every online reviewer, nothing special.
@IMEGA_Arts @miraigoji Did they ever do an episode involving bullying someone to the point of suicide because of something nuanced?
@DesertSing @MrYGuy2 @lemonsmints @SanityIzzy Then why do people who defend Dana's writing calling that nose creature her self insert? Pete Williams used 4 self inserts at the same time with the main 4 guys to reflect his time at college at the same time he made the show? Which is it?
@SanityIzzy @MrYGuy2 Valid Criticism of lacking creative Self inserting. You CAN have a self insert in your show it shows your perspective on things in a matter that doesn't give off too much self-gratification, if you fail on that part, people will call your work a "selfjustifiable fanfiction"
