The gif is kind of hard to see so here are the stills

Spent some time reworking the starter sprites from Pokemon Red and Blue. I mainly focused on:
1. Using black beyond just outlines (deeper shading)
2. Texture and shape clarity (Squirtle's tail especially)
3. Nicer clusters that follow light source

I love this filter! Now I wanna make a game with smooth pixel art.
