I stand very firm on the idea that gameverse Drew would be an Ace Trainer. Cause you can’t convince me the similarity wasn’t deliberate (yes I’m aware it’s more likely Drew was based on the OG Hoenn Ace Trainer, but the remake makes the similarity even more striking)
