It's present in about 10-15% of patients (Jegal, 2018). It's thinner than the TCL (Yong, 2022).

Literature describes "workhorse flaps" as:
· Latissimus Dorsi
· Pectoralis Major

Other muscle flaps:
· Pedicled TRAM/VRAM
· Omentum
· Serratus Anterior
· External Oblique

here are some answer structures which might help people with upcoming interviews. don't stress over trying to memorise each potential question/answer combo.
