I don't think I've seen anyone else bring it up, but the new Controlled Chaos hairstyle reminds me a lot of Lucia's. It would make sense with it being tied to Ishgardian Restoration as well.

When it comes to my FFXIV character I have some trouble coming up with a "true" personality or trait for them. I have this characterization from a commission, but this itself is a retcon of my character's start in Ul'dah and friendship with Raubhan.

It's likely they've switched to this name, my original post still stands.

I guess just avoid this person or whatever.
