I'm really liking doing this new shading! I was always really scared of shading huge chunks so I never did, but I finally opened my eyes 👁️👁️

@pine_petrichor Ah hello, and thank you! 💜 I've only been doing art for almost 2 years now, i've improved a lot since I started but there's still lots to learn ^^. I love doing it though, it's really chill and a fun way to spend free time! (which I probably have too much of lol)

Okay so I know I said I wanted to "master" this style a bit more before I offered comms with them, but I realized this morning that experimental commissions are totally a thing, so why not!

Here's an experimental piece of my dog Dexter, using some new brushes and techniques! 🐶💖

I don't necesarrily think it turned out amazing, but I do like the direction it's going so i'd like to improve on this and hopefully make art I'm more happy with in the future "^^
