I have been told by a trusted source, RRR Rarity VMAX Cards are 1 per box.

They are not a Secret Rare card, despite it looks like a Secret Rare card.

So you can see these cards as RRR 'Triple Rare', the same way RR Rarity stands for 'Double Rare'.
