@wubbushi My process almost always begins with my animated chameleon in Blender.
I begin by making any assets that she'll touch, then make the animation. I go through several times, to make sure the feet are in the right position, then the eyes tongue and facial expressions are animated.

Ah, the dilemma.
3D worms or toon worms.
I'm quite liking the cartoon style 😁
