My family liked the braised pork belly so much that mom bought a ton more pork belly (6 pieces!).. so, making it again today haha. She bought some nice T H I C C cuts & I've been prepping it for the final slow cooking that way I can stream & let it sit till dinner time!

Saw.. another dream dress Aquarium Carnival special set for real cheap and..might have caved... (after taking care of all bills first of course)... me justifying a treat

I'm looking at the few txt msgs dad & I sent through the years & it's the extent of our relationship. I'm glad he knew how to txt tho haha - wish I texted him a bit more but, also I didn't 'cause I didn't wanna bug him & he didn't either 'cause he had his own stuff. Will cherish
