Ended up having a slice & it was very good! I halved the recipe and they mentioned it shrinking and I see what they mean~ but I'll just adjust it for next time. My first baked cheesecake tho! (The other ones I've made in the past were no bake sans the crust)

Cheesecake done! It was really nice and pretty at 30 mins but, decided to do the 40 like the recipe said and it's not as pretty now in color but still looks good! Gotta let it cool for 2 hours before I can try it but, I might save it for tomorrow since it'll be midnight by then

Trying a low carb cheesecake recipe today~ added blackberries 'cause I need to use em up. I added cinnamon to the crust and it smells so good 😊

O-Oh...nowadays I'm more into a classic sweet/"bitter" but, this print made me think of old-*overly sweet* OTT AP (& a lil bit of Vanillachan cuz white cat I guess) & I want it 👀but, idk if I want to pre-order mint or navy. Also, wish there was a headbow option not just bonnet💦
