Oh god
What if the person with Sylvanas in the Maw is going to be Anduin
@kitchegoldwatt Don't know how niche they are considered their recent appearance, but Sethrak are far and away one of my favorite groups in the game, visually and culturally. For having such a small role in one zone where they mostly were villains, they've got some insanely diverse designs.
Zovaal, whispering into the Helm of Domination immediately after this: Okay so this big spike of ice is actually a conduit, go build a big soul engine underneath it so that I can channel the planet's lifeblood into my magic portal
I really hope that for future customization, they put more focus on allowing more face rigging options. It worked so well for revitalizing Nightborne, and could help so many other races too.
Belfs and forsaken are the biggest ones, where the textures are fine, but anims ruin it.
HotS sure had some nice skin options/characters with diverse hair designs.
Hearthstone also does a great job with its cloud serpents, I'd love if we got some backstory surrounding how they're different from typical dragons next xpac.
One of my favorite parts of the mercenaries art in HS is all the pieces of the characters when they were younger that we pretty much never get to see. Took me a sec to even realize the first one was Whitemane.
Thinking on the Scourge and some comments leading from my post from yesterday, I really hope that in 10.0, we see the Forsaken *and* the Ebon Blade take a major role in helping with the Scourge threat, both to contain and to rehabilitate.
I really hope that some day, if/when Prelates get some more focus, they can get some striking aesthetics like how they do in Hearthstone.
Not even necessarily the Shirvallah look, but something to represent whatever their new loa ends up being.
Saw some discord discussions, it's still so weird that 12 years later, people still believe that the Sludge Fields were something condoned by the Forsaken/Sylvanas.
The whole thing was one huge example of the dangers of absolute free will, not an endorsement of what happened.
