Art fight second batch!
I tried some new styles and shading types.

Characters belong to their respective owners, including Chai (@/chaickadee), Isa (@/plaidsocks) and Emmi! (I'm not sure about accounts of the other two, if they have them at all.)

A little dodge goes a long way! A lot of people swear off dodge because of its overuse in the early days. I get that, but a little can really add to a picture. I used it on her suspenders, eyes, hair, jewelry and other parts. A little adds a nice subtle brightness!

A trick my sister shared with me: take all of your layers and merge them. Copy that merge and undo all the merging then paste the full merge. If you overlay it on top of everything, it can really brighten and saturate your work. A gaussian blur on this merge can also be nice!

I'm using my recent Nijino ref for some visual demonstration because I think sometimes it helps to see stuff... anyways, when I've lined something, I tend to fill up the BG with a colour that isn't white. Something that usually isn't on whoever you're drawing too much.

Hhhuuu hello... I mostly just draw OCs (and will babble about them often here too!) and I'm happy enough in my little corner but finding new amazing artists and friends is always great! I like both cute things and horror imagery a lot!

HMM I'm getting into the habit of painting over my lines more which I think makes things look smoother but it's also a bit sloppier... well, since I liked the conecpt I did, I decided to finalize it...
