So the past two days, I've been experimenting and playing around with MMD with the help from @InflataNepNep.

Seems Reiko got too curious with Penny's magic and managed to get filled up (almost to the brim) with magic, now Penny must find a way to syphon out all the magic that has filled up Reiko.
