The city Kidd inhabits is incredibly dangerous on one side there are the numerous gangs and organizations scheming in the dark on the other the oppressive C.O.P.S stomp the streets arresting or executing anyone disturbing corporate interests

Despite appearances the Volt Blade's blade actually isn't truly solid but a sort of rapidly shifting fluid being suspended by an insanely powerful electromagnet
It still functions like you would expect but this trait makes it far more durable and sharper than it would seem
