Dawn and Lucas are actually so funny. They designed them like any other protagonist in DP and then in Pt they were like "Oh shit it's supposed to be cold in Sinnoh lmao our b" and gave them coats.

@chromsexual Eleonora's hair is always much smoother than that, except with that one bit sticking up in her carnage form, which isn't the case in the silhouette. The best case I've heard so far is Hinoka, whose hair better fits the silhouettes, though I'm still not 100% on it being her.
